I do not want to rant here, just add my bit - According to my experience, its overrated. I used to be member there, but i could not find almost anything from what i listen to, even new stuff and eventually they disabled my account. Maybe for some type of music it works well, but in general rutracker is orders of magnitude better for music. My rating would be 3-4 in overall.
