Every user has obligation to keep his ratio any time above 1.0.
Once your ratio is below 0.4 you will receive a warning from the system.
Once your ratio is greater than 0.4 the warning will be automatically removed by the system.

thanks for nice review.
i've been member of speed.cd for 5+ years, and although i switched lately to ipt, sometimes (rarely, actually) i come to speed.cd to download some torrents that don't exist on ipt.
i also like design, it's simple and nice. their chat community is really friendly.
