They dont from what i know. they usualy trump the scene releases or lower quality ones once an internal or better version is uploaded + here are some prohibited content from theyr upload rules:

Prohibited content:

Any SD video.

Any upscaled or upconverted content, e.g. DVD-to-HD, 2D-to-3D, mp3-to-flac.

Any re-encodes of other encodes a.k.a. BRRips; WEB-DL re-encodes.

Any custom Blu-rays

Any disk images (.iso or other) except for 3D blu-rays.

Any freely available web content.

Any encode/remux with additional non-original audio tracks (except English dub audio only for animations and additional dub tracks for 2160p categories).

720p and 1080i/p encodes with lossless audio (except up to 2.0 audio tracks which can be FLAC).

Any BD50-to-BD25 Re-encodes

Any watermarked encode.

Any BD5/BD9 encodes

Any cams, line audio, lossy audio albums.

So called R5 blu-rays (Digital TeleCine recordings) and any encodes thereof.

Any movie packs (except dual movie Blu-rays, and season packs of TV/mini series), in particular any siterips.

Any altered encodes with audiotracks/subtitles added/removed in the mkv container.

Any encodes where the size and/or the bitrate imply a bad quality of the encode. In case of doubts please contact the staff before uploading.
