Filelist is one of the most popular Romanian tracker of general direction with a really great base of torrents and users.

FileList has been running for over 15 years.The internal IRC and forums are very active, but unfortunately they have only Romanian language. Also most of their movies and television shows are RO subbed. The content will surely satisfies you and you will find anything you want. If you can’t find a torrent you can feel free to request it. First of all Filelist.ro is the best torrent tracker for Romanian users.

Their own internal encoders group like playHD, playSD, playTV, playBD, playMUSIC and playXD. Maintaining the ratio is easy and simple, thanks to the many torrents that are a free leech. If you can’t make a ratio of 1:1 then seeding the torrents for 48h is enough.

FileList is the best for general content because:
1. the quality over quantity approach, with many releases coming from HDB/PTP/BTN.
2.they've been around for 16 years, aren't greedy for donation like TL or IPT, no restrictions or other schemes to get people to spend money.
3. everything over 5GB and all their internal are freeleech, which makes ratio a non issue.

Why is the site so inadequate in rare content despite having a large general audience that publishes content from these important sites? Since the language of the site is Romanian, should we write the content we are looking for in Romanian in the search bar? Why doesn't Filelist contain much old content while Iptorrent and Torrentleech are good in this regard?

I don't really understand what you mean by rare content, you probably think that IPT and TL are faster for the old/classic films that appear on scene.
But ,FL is very good in terms of rare content, many rare/classic movies that are available here at top quality and well kept at seed.
FL has users from all corners of the world, no matter the language or country. Movies can be searched as they are originally written on imdb.

The content coming from PTP,BTN,HDB refers to the quality of the best encoders. The fact that FL uploads exclusive content that can only be found on the best 3 sites ,raises the level of the site.

I have a special interest in low-budget B-class movies from the 1980s. While I can easily find versions of such content on Torrentleech and İptorrent sites, I mostly see mainstream popular content on the Filelist site. Rare and not very popular productions that can be considered cult. When I couldn't find the productions I was looking for on Filelist, I thought about whether I should write the Romanian name of the productions in the search bar instead of the original name or the English name. I felt the need to ask because I was aware of your interest in this site. But it is a great site in terms of release groups. It is pleasing to see the codings of groups such as Esir, Don, Hidt, EbP etc.

I'm not sure if I understood your question, if you mean the fact that the costs from their bonus market are sometimes cheaper and sometimes more expensive, it depends if they celebrate certain events where they reduce the price. For example, now in November they will make discounts on Black Friday.
