FileList is a Romanian general tracker. I have been a member there for a few years now and my personal opinion is that FL is in top 3 private general trackers. It's extremely active and the site can easily be navigated using Google Chrome's "Translate to English" option from the context menu (right-click menu). They also have an "English" sub-Forum for English-speaking users if help is needed. If you limit your upload speed on any torrent to under 20 MB/s, all your data will be counted accurately. All torrents are unrared, many peers on most torrents, popular torrents get 15,000+ snatches, very good retention, many freeleeches, most HDBits encodes you will ever see in a general tracker, good quality control,..etc It is one of the easiest trackers to build ratio on. Be warned limit your upload speeds if you have limited bandwidth. Because you will be seeding at healthy speeds even after some weeks on some torrents.
