Decibelios is a Spanish private torrent tracker based in gazelle script, layout is good (layout may give you feel of what.cd). Speed is very good & most torrent are on seedbox, no Hit&Run and the ratio is not difficult to control. The staff is friendly. The users with good class can create collections of groups of different torrents elected. Wiki is well created, where you will find tutorials, manuals and explanations for everythink you need. Donation system is taken down, still if anyone like to donate then he have to contact Admin for it.
Negative - None English user find it little difficult to work around.
