For multiple subs & languages I recommend you Full Blu-rays (ISOs/BDMVs), these ones have several languages and you can download them according to what you need

On HD-Torrents also they upload remuxes with several subs but they only have the original audio with many subs, while BDMVs has multiple audios and subs.

Full BDs are almost everywhere, but good trackers I recommend HD-Torrents, Blutopia, FileList and many Chinese trackers

Thank you !!1 i really appreciate all your tips ! Do you know why italian is like "too hard" to find in blu rays? I mean most of the time, when i found a full bluray or remux, few of them have italian subs or audio... it is a common language to find in european versions of a movie?
    Thank you !

If you are looking for Italian language then search full Blu-rays of Italian movies, most of Latin American content does not have Italian audio

You need to look at European content and for that the best place I can think is Cinematik, also KaraGarga is good, but it's very hard to get an invite there.

Italian movies are almost certainly that they don't have Spanish language, maybe some of them have English subtitles.

Look for Italian movies on FileList, IPTorrents or Blutopia there must be several there
