2. Have an IPV4 or IPV6 public network, and the upload bandwidth is greater than 3Mb/s per second;
3. After joining, the seed preservation before leaving/retirement will never be less than 4t (limited to the "Quyuan Zatan" category);
4. Unless there are special circumstances, the upload speed of the preserved seeds shall not be maliciously restricted.
5. If there is any abnormality in the seed preservation equipment, please send a private message to the management on the site or explain it in the group;
6. If you do not preserve seeds for 1 month without taking leave and do not apply for withdrawal, two-thirds of all magic points will be cleared;
7. You can apply for retirement after three years from the date of joining. After retirement, all magic points will be saved and the level will be the pension group;
8. If you apply for withdrawal before three years, only half of all magic points in the account will be retained;
