XWT's 15 Year Anniversary!

Another year has passed and we have reached another huge milestone as it is now XWT's 15 Year Anniversary!

We are one of the longest running torrent trackers in the world. The only tracker which is slightly ahead of us at this point in time is The Pirate Bay! There is a lot of history over the past 15 years, whether it was rivalries with other trackers (*cough* PWT *cough*), downtime due to DDoS attacks, or even at one point losing our backups and having to start from 0 torrents!

But, through all of it we have stayed online to allow all of you to download and share your favourite wrestling shows. Over the past 12 months we have gained another:

- 3,000 New Torrents
- 50,000 New Members
- 5,000 New Forum Posts

We say this every single year, and we will say it until we are no longer here. It is because of YOU that we are still here, downloading, seeding, uploading, donating to keep us online. ALL OF IT. Thank you, and as long as we have your support, we won't be going anywhere.

We are also continuing to have a traditional donation competition for our anniversary. Not only will you receive double upload credit, everyone who makes a donation will also be entered into a raffle. All winners will be chosen at random and will receive 1 YEAR Free Leech on ALL Torrents. And there will be 5 lucky members who receive this prize!

I hope you are all enjoying our birthday presents! 15 Years is something i never thought i would see this site reach, but it's a great achievement for the staff as well as our community. It's good to see our members sharing their experiences of visiting XWT over the years in our forums and chat, it just shows how long we have been around, and will continue to be.

Torrent Surf - New Design!

Some of our members here at XWT may not know, but we have a sister site called Torrent Surf. It has now been online for 3 years, so we decided to give it a new look!

XWT - HTTPS

After receiving quite a lot of reports from members about login issues, I decided to investigate this further. It seems the main cause of this is due to us using a CDN.

In order to help fix this issue, we now force XWT to use our secure HTTPS protocol. This means all pages will now use this, including our login page. The main problem was some members were using HTTPS and were kicked back to our unsecure login page, or vice versa.

Hopefully this should now resolve these issues.
