You have your point when mentioning torrent presentation, but uploading new torrents will help it have a more active economy. Those dead torrents will become alive more easily (they don't need screenshots nor comparison, what uploaders need to do is to press "Add format", some just need some scripts, new album groups just need a tracklist), and people prefer this way (uploading, auto snatching which means buffer, uploads,...etc...). Most people don't have the habit of re-seeding all reseed requested torrents. You won't be happy having too many dead torrents either. Many sites auto delete unseeded torrents due to its inactivity policy. It's just time Waffles did this.
