Two long-term active candidate team members within the management team have recently been hospitalized due to illness. As a result, the active candidate processing manpower has dropped to zero, resulting in some seeds being placed in the candidate area until they expire. As far as we know, they are not in danger and will recover in recent future.

Non-active mods were now in charge of offer section temporarily. Expired uploads were processed (SysOp changes the database record to pass if it shall be passed).

And, Uploader class's direct upload torrent file piece limit were raised to 20000 pieces (from 10000), allowing a 320 GiB upload without being auto transferred into offer section.
