All torrents that were tagged with Halloween as of Monday, 21 October have been made freeleech until the end of the month.

In most cases, only one or two torrents in any one group are free. The rest will cost you ratio. If you download something that isn't freeleech because you weren't paying attention, that's your problem. So check and double-check to make sure the torrent you want to download is free before committing to it.
