Routine announcement and some rule adjustments
1. Please do not mention this site in public;

2. The site is recruiting subtitle groups , resident groups , and DIY groups ;

3. The site level system adjustment will officially begin in August, and the level upgrade will be suspended from July 31st, and the God King will be suspended in August.

4. We will adjust the personnel structure based on the site data pulled in the future.
