Last small changes

Hello everyone !

After a little floating moment related to our activities IRL, here is a small update of the design, according to the regular returns that we had:

- smaller header
- nav-bar fixed in height, which scrolls at the same time as the page
- block of news below, so that we can see more of the torrents
- possibility to hide shout for users (profile -> settings -> hide shout on home)
- ban shout possible
- new PM Inbox design
- possibility to click on the profile of a user, on the inbox page, by clicking on the avatar

That's it, it's not bad! In the near future, we will implement the version 2.0 of the PMs, the pages Top Day / Month / Year and the page "Backlog" where you can follow in real time our progress on the dev.
