We have verified that some members do not have the updated email in their profile, and when we send emails to all members, we get some back with an error.

For example :

Reason: Remote host said: 550 The Account has been suspended The bill recipient is -If suspended (# 5.2.1)

Reason: Remote host said: 452 4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota.

Among many reasons.

Please check here http://tracker.btnext.com/?p=***** if the email is correct and can access it to receive emails.

Those who do not have the updated email simply enter the new email and password to access BTNext to update the email.

Whoever has the correct email does not have to do anything.
