We are making a few changes:
1. Leecher rank will be expanded from ratio 0.7 to 1.4, accounts of users staying more than 50% of the time each month in this rank will be blocked.
2. We are introducing a mandatory minimum weekly download limit of 10 GB. Accounts that do not download at least 10 GB in a given week will be blocked.

3. 4K content with voiceover will be available for immediate download only for Veteran and above classes and donors. Other users will have to wait 48 hours from the appearance of the torrent.
