Riprequest still exist but they won't open again as they did before, at first literaly anyone could join and after they closed the member which were a lot could still invite new people to the server which is too much risk.

Right now it's a small community of people who were modders, server boosters, donators, and rippers. Your way in could be if you know people within and are willing to contribute.
