First the good: the downtime went according to plan and the planned maintenance was completed faster than anticipated. The result so far has been increased stability behind the scenes, which is very welcome.

The not-so-good news is that the original problem remains, and we are still working with our provider to find a solution. There will, unfortunately, inevitably be more downtime to come, but we'll try to give some advance notice where possible, and keep you up to date with the progress.

Thank you for all your messages of encouragement from all around the world. They really do make it all worthwhile!
