Updated rules regarding offensive uploads!

A torrent was uploaded recently that crossed a line for more than a handful of people; we've never seen this many reports on a single torrent.

We've discussed this internally, and have voted to add the following item to the Forbidden Content list:

Content that exists solely to offend (a) group(s) of people for their ethnicity or beliefs

This rule is still relatively ambiguous; a lot of games are offensive, but we don't think we should ban all of them. It is not up to us to decide what is or isn't offensive, and whether or not something is offensive can be very subjective. This also doesn't mean that any game featuring racism or mass murder is banned, but the two of them combined may very well be.

We will judge games based on the reports we receive, but our staff will make the final decision.
