Your best option is sitting in their irc and waiting for staff to assist. If you have your announce key I can’t see it being too much of an issue

I already spent hours and hours in their IRC and never did anyone reply in there.
Also I have a real life with a real job so there's just no way I can spend 24/7 on their IRC
