Slight Changes

We have made the invite forum Boom Operator and higher.

We did this to increase site usage and make it require some work to access.

On another note, we are also looking for people to join our TEPES Internal team.
So if you know how to encode/remux send us a Staff PM or head to the #help channel on IRC.

-You must know how to do this already as we are not teaching people.
