New chat options

Heyo!

We have opened more chat options for those that want that. (Still a work in progress)

The general chat is linked between discord, irc and matrix. Meaning all messages are relayed between the services.

Temporarily the only way to sign up is to DM Kolt343 or make a ticket on the website to receive an invite key.
