Server maintenance announcement

The site will be shut down for maintenance from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on November 14 (this Saturday), and neither the website nor the Tracker will be accessible.
This is a major upgrade and adjustment, including performance optimization, functional revisions, etc.
