We are announcing the following upcoming change to the rules.
You must maintain a general overall ratio of 0.2 or better to download.
Will be changed to:
You must maintain a general overall ratio of 0.4 or better to download.
This change will go into effect on October 1st. This means that anyone with a ratio of less than 0.4 will have until then to raise their ratio.
