No mail to Microsoft email addresses - 2017-05-03


Currently our emails are being rejected by Microsoft for a yet unknown reason. We are working on the problem, but in the meantime we would like to suggest that people who are currently using an Outlook, Live or Hotmail address with HDBits, change their email address here to another provider. This will prevent you from being locked out of your account if you somehow forget or lose your password. We are not aware of any problems with any other email providers.

Oh no I totally missed this announcement now I can't recover my password. Any one knows how to get around this? Been staying on HDBITS IRC channel for two days and no response.

There are several ways, contacting your inviter or the person who assured your account on HDB and asking him for help are the best ways. If you know someone who is VIP on HDB, contacting him for help is also a good reference.
Generally, you need to provide original information such as your inviter, your originally registered email, how do you know your inviter; in some cases, other trackers require your profile links on several trackers. Original information is the most important thing to recovery an account in case of being hacked, cracked, password loss, 2VS loss,...
