Welcome to our new iAnon Quarterly Newsletter! Instead of bombarding you with monthly updates, we've shifted to a quarterly format. If anything major needs to be communicated, we'll release a special announcement.

iAnon Trophies Giveaway and 1st Birthday Competition Winner
We ran the iAnon random number generator, and although no one guessed the correct number (3090), the nearest guess was 3030 by user lulitd. Congratulations! We appreciate everyone who participated and look forward to more exciting events in the future.

Transmission 4.0.6 Whitelisted
We are pleased to announce that the new Transmission 4.0.6 torrent client has been officially whitelisted.

Birthday Freeleech
To celebrate our 1st birthday, we had a site-wide freeleech from March 20, 2024, to April 20, 2024. This was our way of thanking you for your incredible support over the past year! We hope everyone enjoyed the freeleech period and took advantage of the opportunity to download their favorite content.

Monero No Longer Accepted
Due to increasing issues with Monero across various platforms, we have decided to discontinue its acceptance. For alternative donation methods, please visit https://ianon.app/donate.php.

Halloween Prize Contest
Although the entries were few, joint prizes were awarded for effort. For future events, we'll consider larger incentives to encourage more entries.

Work in Progress:
Games Tagging
We're currently working on implementing a new tagging system for games to improve searchability and organization.

Minor Back-end Tweaks
Various minor tweaks are being made to the back-end to enhance performance and user experience.

Imagery Upload Guidelines
To maintain the quality and consistency of our uploads, we're considering new guidelines for imagery:
Group Icon Use official icons from the app or installer. If unavailable, contact staff for assistance.
Group Description/Release Information Include screenshots and a link to the official site. Excessive images should be hidden in tags.
Community Feedback Members are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions on these guidelines.

Legacy Uploads
As iAnon celebrates its first anniversary, we're re-evaluating what constitutes a "Library" upload. Here are the proposed guidelines:
Library Uploads Set to neutral if older than three years.
Review Process New uploads not found on the site will be reviewed and set accordingly.
Legacy Support Detailed descriptions for older apps that may not work on newer OS versions.

Increasing Forum Participation
In efforts to boost forum engagement, we're considering several incentives:
Bonus Points Giveaways 10x100,000 points for active participation.
New User Forum 10,000 points for new users who say hi.
Lending Seedbox Clients Considered as prizes for giveaways, but not recommended for personal servers due to security concerns.
