To make it clear for you Guys of TI :
HDSky distributed Temp. invites from less than a month ago. Newbie members that joined in that period ( got an Assessment to finish in a Month! )
so , as Lunar new year came ( HDSky is totally freeleech until 3 Feb. ) .
If a Newbie didn't complete his download amount on assessment , so he has got an exemption & should contact admin for that . that's all
