Upload permissions
In time since the tracker starts for a short period everyone can upload torrents, but with certain rules:

- Only complete series groups like Horriblesubs and SubsPlease.
- Uploading other groups is also allowed
- RAWS rips too
- In-progress series will be allowed as well. Hi10 it's permitted.
- BDMV, BDISO DVDISO etc
