qBittorrent v4.5.0 & 4.5.1 are now blacklisted

We decided to blacklist qBittorrent versions 4.5.0 & 4.5.1 due to several issues that were reported up to now. If you are using either of them, we strongly recommend upgrading to v4.5.4.

PS: There will be a grace period of 1 week, before this versions stop to work.
