Updates to Veteran and Archivist Group Requirements

Dear Members,

We want to inform you of updates to the requirements for two user groups:

Veteran Group:
Now requires a 5 TB seed size and 1-month average seed time, in addition to the original requirements of a 1-year account age and 100 TB upload.

Archivist Group:
Now requires a 20 TB seed size (increased from 10 TB) in addition to the original requirements of a 3-month account age and 2 months average seed time.
