UPDATE FINISHED

Update has finished. Most important changes are:
1.Minimum seeding time has increased to 48 hours.
2.Even if "Freelech" mode has been deactivated, now the minimum required ratio is 0.01
Therefore, we are still a 'ratioless' tracker.
