Major changes to bug reporting/release/source control handling of bemanitools

Major announcement: The bemanitools source is now available at here

This makes contributing to the project a lot easier:
- Open a new issue for bugreports, feature requests etc. We already have a bunch existing issues there.
- Create pull requests of your bugfixes and features to get them into upstream

Please file any bugreports in the issue section of the repository and NOT on the forums. This helps us a lot in collecting and keeping track of all the reports related to bemanitools.
