The staff at DCC are making some changes to the Hit and Run (HnR) code and some users are seeing unexpected HnRs in their information panel. We will clean this up in a day or so.

EDIT: these changes are largely complete and, because of these changes, the staff has decided to delete all existing HnRs. The HnR counter starts today, so please read and follow the HnR rules.
