Uploaders now need to apply for an uploader role

Hello everyone

We have revoked the upload rights for regular users for several reasons. Users were not following the proper naming convention, not adding mediainfo as required, not giving credit to the original ripper/encoder to name a few. This could not continue.

If you wish to upload, you will need to apply for an uploader role.
