Database Corruption & Data Recovery

We’ve encountered a database issue that resulted in data corruption around May 1st, 2025 at 00:00 UTC. Unfortunately, the last available backup dates back nearly two weeks prior, which means any activity between the backup and the time of the issue may be lost.

We are actively working on recovering the affected data. In the meantime, if your account was impacted — such as loss of upload/download stats, bonus points, donations, invites, or even account access — please contact us via Staff PM.

If you have any proof of activity during the affected period (e.g., seedbox logs, screenshots, transactions, etc.), include it in your message. This will help us verify and restore your stats and account status as accurately as possible.

UPDATE 1 We kindly ask that you refrain from re-inviting any members for the time being, as we are currently conducting an investigation. We will notify you once invitations are allowed again.
