- Don't forget to seed more than 20 torrents (on most Chinese trackers, just seeding any 20 torrents will give you lots of points for a month; you don't need to seed large torrents, but the larger the size of a seeding torrent is, the more points you get per hour). - Uploaders need upload from their uploaded torrents; pay respect to them especially when everyone is in an assessment. There are many ways to gain upload. Don't cross-seed when there is only a seeder just because you need to archive upload goal. Instead, upload and you will pass the goal. I'm not sure if uploader still gets double upload or not, just not heard of any change in its uploading policy yet. So uploading torrents in total size of just 100GB will easily help you overcome its upload goal, perhaps you just need 50GB in size of uploaded torrents if you're line is not bad. (start from Offer -> Upload when your offer allowed).

- And last of all, don't forget to download enough 100GB (your download must increase 100GB at the end of the assessment). Choose to download torrents which aren't free to complete the download task. In its latest assessment, some people were disabled because they did not download enough

Btw, taking part in its assessment is not a must. You still have better choices which obviously aren't named "CHD". The word "Chinese trackers" still means M-Team, TTG, HDChina and may include OpenCD and U2. CHD still needs a long way to go though it's going the right way.
