2. Be able to simply operate any DIY tool among BDFix, tsmuxer, Scenarist BD, Scenarist UHD; those who can do simple special effects production or special effects watering are preferred.
3. For those who want to learn other advanced technologies, such as menu modification, special effects production, problem original disc repair, etc., there will be a dedicated person to provide relevant guidance. DIY group does not have high requirements for computers to make BD, but if making UHD, at least a device that can test 4K playback is required.
4. Mandarin subtitle recording personnel are required to have sufficient spare time and be responsible to complete the assigned tasks on time.
If you have a certain foundation, you can get started quickly, but we also welcome newcomers with a strong desire and enthusiasm to join. We will have dedicated guidance and training. Newcomers are required to have at least 2-3 hours of spare time every day. You can also attach your personal ideas and suggestions and send them to us by email!
After joining the work group, you will receive corresponding magic power, upload volume rewards and other work group benefits.

Due to the special nature of the original disc compression work, the compression group requires you to bring your own high-level hardware equipment (recommended Cinebench R23 multi-core running score of 2.2w or more):
CPU: Desktop host Intel 12th generation i9 / AMD 3950X or above, requiring at least 16 physical cores; recommended server host AMD EPYC second generation / Intel Xeon or above configuration, at least 32 physical cores.
Memory: Dual-channel DDR4 32 GB or above.
Graphics card: Not necessary, nNivia GT1030 or above is recommended.
Network environment: At least 500Mbps downstream / 50Mbps upstream bandwidth.
Operating environment: It is recommended that the above hardware equipment can be used for 7x24 full-time operation of compression tasks.

Work requirements:
1. Have the ability to learn and summarize. It is acceptable to have or not have compression experience before. The compression group will provide introductory tutorials and guidance. It is required to have sufficient self-learning ability, be able to gradually analyze problems independently, handle problems and abnormal situations, and be good at summarizing and summarizing.
2. Have a meticulous and serious work style. Strictly implement the work process and specifications within the group. Complete the suppression task with excellence and continuous improvement, and avoid perfunctory and sloppy handling, which is in line with the overall style of the suppression group of rigorous and realistic pursuit of perfection.
3. Complete the tasks assigned by the group on time and with quality. Avoid three-minute enthusiasm, and have enough patience and spare time to complete the suppression tasks in time. Serve in this group for at least half a year, complete the task requirements every month, and organize the last elimination from time to time. Those who fail to meet the standards will be asked to leave the suppression group.
4. Priority will be given to those who have the basics of python, linux/powershell script programming.
