All i can gather is there will be an assessment it will start on 15st of February and it will end after 60 days:

i) increase upload amount by 200GB
ii) increase download amount by 150GB (subject to Downloaded of user data )
iii) increase bonus point by 10000 point.

Note :

each bonus point you gain will be 1.5 times as usual

official and first-hand original disks will get you double amount as usual uploads.
