Site-Wide Freeleech For 3 Days (For members not in assessment period)

To celebrate CHDBits's 5th anniversary, our staff decided to enable site-wide freeleech for three days, from Jan. 8 8:00 to Jan.11 8:00(All times are GMT+8:00).
Note: To not affect members in assessment period, the freeleech status will be only applied to members not in assessment period. If you're in Newbie Assessment or Year-end Assessment, you will not participate in this event.
