Quick update to upload templates

Hey all,

Just a quick update to the upload templates. Shouldnt be too much confusion with them. Added templates for Movies/TV/Games/WOC (for Misc continue to use its closest comparable template). The new specific templates simply update the Title so that it now shows the naming convention from the rules, the category is selected by the template, and some updates to the wording in the template example. You should see the new templates in the drop down. If there are any questions please let us know.
