As illegal invitation trading is getting out of hand, we've tighten up the invitation system.

Users below "administrator class" no longer able to send invites anytime as they wish. The invitation system will be made available to relevant members during certain period at the discretion of the admin group. Watch out for announcement.

Remarks:
1) each invitation costs 50k bonus point, only available to "veteran user" and above;
2) all VIPs will receive 3 monthly invitation as usual.
