The rules:

- After 10 failed H&Rs, you will be automatically banned.

- Downgrade rule:
If your download volume is greater than 50GB and your ratio is below 0.1 DOWNLOAD
If your download volume is greater than 100GB and your ratio is below 0.2 DOWNLOAD
If your download volume is greater than 200GB and your ratio is below 0.3 DOWNLOAD
If your download volume is greater than 400GB and your ratio is below 0.4 DEMOTION
If your download volume is greater than 800GB and your ratio is below 0.5 DEMOTION

If the system demotes you to a peasant, you have 30 days to improve your ratio. If you do not fix it
within 30 days, you will be automatically banned.

- Demotion rule:
If your download amount exceeds 50GB and your ratio is below 0.1, you will be DEMOTED.
If your download amount exceeds 100GB and your ratio is below 0.1, you will be DEMOTED.
If your download amount exceeds 200GB and your ratio is below 0.1, you will be DEMOTED.
If your download amount exceeds 400GB and your ratio is below 0.1, you will be DEMOTED.
If your download amount exceeds 500GB and your ratio is below 0.1, you will be DEMOTED.

If the system demotes you for being a "peasant", you have 30 days to improve your ratio. If you
don't improve within 30 days, you will be automatically banned.
