Service Update:

Our server provider has confirmed that both of our storage drives have failed and will be replaced.
Unfortunately, this has resulted in the complete loss of stored data, necessitating a full system rebuild from the ground up.
While we do have backups—our most recent being six hours old at the time of the outage—restoring and reconfiguring the system to its previous state will require considerable time and effort.
Additionally, we are taking this opportunity to implement critical infrastructure improvements to enhance resilience and reduce recovery time in the event of future hardware failures.
At this stage, we do not have a definitive time-frame for full service restoration. However, given the scope of the reconfiguration and improvements, we anticipate that the site will remain offline for at least several days.
