The summary of all these changes is that minor ones were made to the Rules and Upload Rules page - mostly clarification and other mentions that probably should have been stated long ago and have been added as situations have come up regarding them.
The FAQ page received far more edits and has been expanded with more information and some updates which may be very helpful to a lot of users.
Some of the tutorial pages will be edited and prior dead links will be fixed here soon, as they have long needed to be re-worked anyway. When those are done, another post will be made here stating what that entails.

Stated the amount of IP addresses allowed for an account at a time and limit of seeding/leeching on one specific torrent with one IP/client.

Mentioned buffer in ratio section.
Clarified the amount of time before an account becomes disabled due to inactivity as well as the prune / account deletion time
Added additional questions and expanded some sections and answers based on most of the support requests we have received over the last few years, such as:
"I am migrating my torrents to a larger server or different system. Do I need to do anything here to make sure that you still see the torrents I'm seeding?"
"What is the 'Seedboxes' button on my profile? Am I required to state if I am using one?"

Added an Uploading FAQ section at the bottom of the FAQ page based on common questions and support requests we have received over the years, at the bottom of where the previous FAQ page ended (after What are bonus points or BON?).
