Important changes in Aither v8.2.0-1

Dear community,

We are excited to share some new features in the latest version of Aither:
- You now have the ability to upload a torrent and utilize it as a replacement for a trumping report, even if it is still pending moderation
- You can now track a movie or TV show to receive notifications about new uploads
- Our upload bot has begun adding the newest TV show releases to Aither
