Kể từ hôm nay 16/09/2013 việc reseed (những tor chết) và request phim trên tracker mỗi ngày sẽ bị thu phí bằng cách trừ vào point bonus của người yêu cầu theo cách tính như sau:
I: Phim 720p, 1080p internal HDBits và 1 số team khác
-Phim 1: -100 points
-Phim 2: -200 points
-Phim 3: -400 points
-Phim 4: -800 points
-Phim 5: -1600 points
.............................
II: Phim mHD (phim cũ)
-Phí mỗi phim là: -1000 point
III: Phim Blu-ray Remux (phim cũ)
-Phí mỗi phim là: -3000 point
Những uploader đáp ứng các yêu cầu sẽ nhận được 90% số point đó, tracker thu 10% số point. Các uploader đáp ứng các yêu cầu nhớ QUOTE các phim lại để tiện theo dõi +/-.
Chú ý: Những thành viên yêu cầu reseed và request mà seedtime không đủ 72h/phim sẽ bị cảnh cáo và sẽ không được request, reseed nữa.

We will apply new rule about request/reseed from now (Sep. 16, 2013). Follow the rule, your bonus points will be minus as below:

I: 720p, 1080p internal HDBits and other encoders:
-1st movie: -100 points
-2nd movie: -200 points
-3rd movie: -400 points
-4th movie: -800 points
-5th movie: -1600 points

II: mHD (old movies)
-Points fee for each movie: -1000 point
III: Blu-ray Remux (old movies)
-Points fee for each movie: -3000 point
Uploaders who fill the request will get 90% of those points, the rest will be sent to tracker. Uploaders should QUOTE the movie requests for tracking purpose +/-.

Note: members who request/reseed must seed at least 72hours per movie or else you'll be warned and not fill request, reseed anymore.
