Pardon me for saying this . This is only to help you. Rather than just saying that " requirements not met " I would like to help you out in meeting it. Okay then, here we go step by step

1. Every time you apply for any giveaway ( be it account or invite ) it's good courtesy to thank the inviter by giving him or her with likes and reps. This way the inviter feels happy and would surely be determined to contribute more.

2. By explicitly posting that " I admire your giveaway " or " I like the movie genre very much " etc in additional to the likes + reps you not only conveying your real need but also in turn getting rewarded with your post count increase

3. If your motive is genuine enough you will be awarded with the invite + you will gain the inviter's trust by proving out in the obtained tracker.

4. At one point your account will be stabilized enough to lend invites to other members here in giveaways and as a result you will get your " likes + reps " increased and ultimately feedback too

Note:

All the above might take more time but as with the saying " No shortcuts to success "

5. The most easiest and recommended ways to increase your reps are as below,
