Can I apply for comicbt?

I'm not a member of any private torrrents, but I usually seed things. I tend to stop seeding after I'm done with whatever I've downloaded but with private trackers that will be different. My greedy friends talk about them all time so I know you have to seed or your out. I wish I could make this simpler and actually provide a ratio test.
