LEO is right. They're a bunch of scammers and lammers. A little 5sec search in google and i found this:

bitsense is a fucking Romanian tracker. This tracker is reported in many forums so far.
These fuckers were stealing passwords and were trying to use these passwords in other trackers !!!
So, if any TI users registered on this tracker with the same username and password you are using for any other trackers, change your password to these trackers ASAP.
