Hi! @darkfiredeath it is not a requirement, but it is mean something! I prefer giving the invites for "active" community members cuz their understand the rules and they know how to keep them. On the other hand most of the new registered users are just leechers, and I dont know their are trustworthy or not so I just do not want to take a risk to give them an invite!.
